Okay I see what you're saying, but humans are naturally vegan, so mostly carbs, like fruits and veggies. Back in the days do you think we milked cows and churned butter? No. I understand you're point, but humans are made to eat carbs.
I do eat fruits & veggies!
First of all, humans weren’t made. Second of all, we weren’t made to eat anything in particular. We evolved based on things we came across as we traversed the wilderness and barely managed to survive. Fruit is high in sugar, so it provided a good boost of energy for a time. Our bodies have become very good at using this sugar because it is supposed to be in limited supply. Humans are not made to eat bread or pasta or cereal. God did not place cereal on this earth so that we could freely use the energy contained inside it. Processed grains contain WAY more carbohydrates than we need in a sitting. Ever wonder why you feel good while you’re eating your french fries, but as soon as they’re gone you feel sad and a little empty inside? That’s your insulin crying for the stupid choices you’re making. Carbs - regardless of their form - affect your insulin levels. When you eat sugar, your insulin skyrockets. When the sugar goes away, you blood sugar plummets and you feel low energy and dumb. It’s not because you’re in a food coma - it’s because you ate the wrong thing for energy.
The human body can get energy from ANYTHING (within reason) it eats. Protein is the secondary source of Glucose for the body, and once in ketosis the body understands how to use fat for fuel. When fat is being used for fuel, carbohydrates are not necessary. Just like all this prattle about “humans need sugar because i like to eat it lolz” is unnecessary.
Food is fuel, not a basis for what kind of person you are. Let people eat what they want, and feel how they want.
